DTU CareerWeek 2026 - Preliminary Program

Below is an overview of the formats your company can participate in and contribute to during DTU CareerWeek. Each format includes a short introduction and pricing information.

Please note: The programme presented below is preliminary. As we continuously work to keep DTU CareerWeek relevant, engaging, and aligned with the needs of both students and companies, adjustments are likely to occur. We are currently exploring new concepts and formats, which may lead to changes in the final programme.

Please note: To participate in DTU CareerWeek, your company must be open to hiring international students – nearly 50% of our Master’s students come from outside Denmark.

We emphasize that we cannot guarantee participation in DTU CareerWeek 2026, regardless of how many or few formats you apply for. Confirmation emails will be sent to selected companies at a later stage.

Participation in DTU CareerWeek 2026 ensures company exposure at central locations across DTU as well as through digital marketing campaigns targeting all DTU students.

RECRUITMENT TIPS & TRICKS

Give a 30‑minute presentation in English on a central stage at DTU about your company’s recruitment process. Share how you identify the right candidates based on their CV and application, whether you use tests, and how students can best apply unsolicited. Highlight what makes your recruitment process unique.

After the presentation, you will have the opportunity to network with students and engage in informal conversations about your company and career opportunities.

CAREER BAZAAR

Our popular Career Bazaar allows you to meet DTU students at your company stall, which includes space for one roll‑up banner. Engage in dialogue about career opportunities in your company. Participation requires posting at least one student job in DTU Career Hub prior to the event.

COFFEE MEETINGS

Engage in 1:1 networking with students. Make yourself available for short coffee meetings where students can discuss your company and potential career paths. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with talented students in a relaxed and informal setting, helping them practice an important job‑search skill while giving you the chance to spot promising candidates. Each meeting lasts 20 minutes. A café table will be provided for one conversation at a time.

KAFFEMØDER (PRAKTIKFOKUS)

1:1‑netværk med diplomingeniørstuderende. Gør jer tilgængelige for studerende, der kan booke jer til korte kaffemøder og få en personlig dialog om ingeniørpraktik i jeres virksomhed. Dette format giver jer en unik mulighed for at møde potentielle praktikanter, som søger 20‑ugers fuldtidspraktik og kan bidrage med konkrete løsninger til jeres ingeniørfaglige opgaver. Kaffemøderne foregår i uformelle og trygge rammer, hvor de studerende kan afsøge deres praktikmuligheder, og hvor I samtidig får mulighed for at spotte relevante kandidater tidligt i processen.
Hvert kaffemøde varer 20 minutter for at sikre en fokuseret og personlig oplevelse. Vi stiller et cafébord til rådighed med plads til én samtale ad gangen.

MOCK INTERVIEW

Conduct a fictitious job interview in English on a central stage at DTU to give students insight into how interviews are conducted in your company. Demonstrate typical questions you might ask, as well as questions students could appropriately ask you.
This format allows you to discuss interview do’s and don’ts and provide a unique look into your organization and career pathways. Afterwards, you can engage in informal conversations with students and potential candidates. 

GRADUATE PROGRAMMES MARKETPLACE

Promote your graduate programmes at a centrally located marketplace at DTU. Meet students specifically interested in graduate opportunities. Participation includes exposure at central DTU locations, in the promotion of DTU CareerWeek 2026, and the display of 1–2 slides about your programmes on a large centrally placed screen.
