Elective Courses
Elective Courses are any advanced level courses at DTU as well as courses from other universities with credit transfer to DTU. They can be in areas such as:
• | Non-program courses to obtain scientific skills on an advanced level (statistics, computation, advanced chemistry, microbiology, courses at DTU Aqua etc.) |
• | Additional technological specialization courses or external program courses with the objective of obtaining further specialization within a selected area or broadening the environmental scope of the study plan |
• | Master students may choose as much as 10 credit points among the bachelor courses at DTU and courses at an equivalent level from other higher institutions. |
Additional suggestions can be found in the list of study tracks provided on the homepage of the MSc programme. We recommend the following courses to students who intend to complete a laboratory project for their MSc thesis:
12138 | Environmental Microbiology II | 5 | point | Spring F5B (Wed 13-17) |
12231 | Applied Analytical Environmental Chemistry | 5 | point | August |
