• 8:30 am-9:00 am Arrival
  Your vectors will help you find the right building and room

• 9:00 am-9:20 am Welcome with breakfast
  You are welcomed and presented with the day’s programme.

• 9:20 am-10:00 am Social and informative activities
  Introduction to the student organization PF and fun games planned by the Vectors.

• 10:00 am-10:30 am Welcome speeches
  You will be welcomed to DTU by the principal, dean and president of PF.
  

• 10:30 am-12:45 pm Social and informative activities
  Introduction to the Head of Studies and the General Engineering Specializations, with breaks and fun activities planned by the Vectors.
  

• 12:45 pm-1:15 pm Lunch
  Feel free to bring your own lunch including water.

• 1:15 pm-3:00 pm Social and informative activities
  Introduction to the GE council and social activities planned by the Vectors.
  

• 3:00 pm That is all for today

  We will be in the same location as yesterday.

• 9:00 am-9:30 am Welcome
  You and your fellow students will receive a joint welcome and be introduced to the day’s programme. 

• 9:30 am-10:35 am Social and informative activities
  Introduction to First Semester Professors and other fun activities.

• 10:35 am-1:00 pm Tour of campus and more social activities
  You will be guided around campus by your vectors.

• 1:00 pm-1:30 pm Lunch
  Feel free to bring your own lunch including water.

• 1:30 pm-3:00 pm Social and informative activities
  Fun amongst the new students and Vectors etc.
  

• 3:00 pm-4:00 pm IntroFair in Sportshallen etc.
  Introduction to all student-run clubs at DTU, the time before and after are spent doing activities with Vectors and KABS.

• 3:00 pm-9:00 pm More activities or thanks for today 
  Our official programme for today is over, but activities continue around campus, so grab your cake team and explore the area. There will be fun optional activities in studyline teams, DTU Science Show, Student Culture Hub, DTU Sport etc. Friday Bars are open from 17:00

  You and your fellow students will receive a joint welcome and be introduced to the day’s programme. 

• 10:30 am-11:30 am Fun social activities in studyline teams
  Planned by Vectors and KABS.
  

• 11:30 am-12:15 pm Lunch
  Feel free to bring your own lunch including water.

• 12:30 pm-3:00 pm Cross-teams: Meet new students from other study programmes
  During your time at DTU, you will take courses and work with people from diverse academic backgrounds. We want to give you a 'head-start' in building good relationships that you can carry with you throughout your studies. Therefore, the next activities are planned in collaboration between your vector and vectors from other study programmes in a so-called Cross-Team. You can get more details from your vector.

• 3:00 pm-6:00 pm Cross-teams: Afternoon activities
  We are warming up for DTU Intro Party with several afternoon activities, again planned by your cross-team. The Friday Bars are open from 5:00 pm to approximately. 8:00 pm.

• 6:00 pm-7:00 pm Dinner
  You can purchase dinner at food trucks.

• 7:00 pm-03:00 am: DTU Intro Partyfest
  Kick off your studies at DTU in style! We invite all new DTU students to the DTU Intro Party.
  
  

Polytechnical Summer Fun on August 29

Meeting place: Lyngby Campus Polytechnical Summer Fun is PF’s student start event, which concludes the intro week for all new BSc and BEng students.

DTU and engineering are not only about becoming an expert in one specific field – they are about creating something together with others. At Polytechnical Summer Fun, KABS and the vectors therefore invite you to continue the cross-team activities from Friday. You will spend the day in small groups participating in activities focused on collaboration, community, and positive energy.

Please remember to bring your own lunch. Alternatively, you can buy something at the local supermarket.
