Office for Study Programmes and Student Affairs

The Office for Study Programmes and Student Affairs (AUS) develops and supports the educational process at DTU based on the students.

By educational process we mean:
DTU's overall efforts to support the students throughout the entire study programme, from recruitment to transition to the labour market.

By students we mean:
BSc students, MSc students, BEng students, PhD students, and participants in continuing and further education.

This is achieved by:

  • promoting quality assurance and quality development of teaching and education and all other study-related activities
  • providing high-quality, timely service to lecturers, heads of studies, study committee chairmen, PhD committee chairmen, and deans based on constructive dialogue with the departments
  • offering students a good study environment and relevant, timely, and competent supervision throughout the entire educational process
  • promoting a professional pedagogical university environment
  • providing optimum conditions for strong incoming and outgoing student mobility and contributing to the recognition of DTU as an international elite university with an international learning environment
  • preparing graduates to succeed globally
  • acting proactively in relation to developments in the field of study administration and ensuring efficient, professional, and digitalized study administration.
